By accessing or using the services of Elevated Retreats Corporation ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services under the Elevated Travel brand.

All villa bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us and the required deposit has been processed.

• Rates quoted are subject to change until a booking is confirmed
• A deposit is required to secure your reservation (typically 50% of the total rental amount)
• The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival unless otherwise specified
• Bookings made within 60 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking

Cancellation policies vary by property and season. Standard terms include:

• More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund minus processing fees
• 30-60 days before arrival: 50% refund of total booking amount
• Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund
• Specific properties may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances.

As a guest, you agree to:

• Treat the property with care and respect
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in your booking
• Comply with all house rules and local regulations
• Report any damages or issues promptly to our team
• Leave the property in a reasonable condition at checkout
• Not host events or parties without prior written approval

A security deposit may be required for your booking. This deposit is held to cover any damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of the rental agreement. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of checkout, less any deductions for damages or additional charges.

Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM unless otherwise specified. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees. Specific arrangements will be communicated prior to your arrival.

Elevated Retreats Corporation acts as an intermediary between guests and property owners. While we carefully curate our properties, we are not liable for:

• Personal injury or death occurring at the property
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Circumstances beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, utility failures)
• Actions or negligence of property owners, staff, or third parties

Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation, medical, and personal liability coverage.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Elevated Retreats Corporation and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We may also modify these Terms and Conditions, with changes becoming effective upon posting to our website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
